Screen Printing

What is the average turn around time for screen printing?


Turnaround times will vary depending on the complexity of your design and the quantity of your order. Typically, we have a 7-10 business day turnaround for our average-sized jobs. If you have specific turnaround requirements, please let us know and we will try to work with your deadline.





Embroidery

What is a digitizing fee?


A digitizing fee is a one-time charge to convert your logo or design into a format that can be used with the embroidery machines.





Heat Press

What types of materials are available with heat press?


With heat pressed designs, we have some unique material options including rhinestones, glow in the dark, and metallics.

Do you require a minimum order?


We do have minimum order requirements depending on which service you are interested in: Screen Printing: 18 garments/items using same design Heat Press: No minimum requirement Embroidery: No minimum requirement; May have digitizing fee




Can I supply my own shirts or apparel?


Absolutely! For screen printing on supplied apparel, the minimum order is 24 garments and artwork needs to be supplied in vector format or an art fee will be applied.




How can I request a price quote?


Call or email us with your design ideas and we'll get a quote to you right away! If you have a specific item in mind, feel free to look up our preferred distributers on the Products page.




How can I supply my own designs?


You may supply a hand-drawn or digital design art files in .psd, .ai, .pdf, .eps, image scans, and hand drawn sketches via email. Our graphic designer will take your design and develop a digitized version for your approval.




What is the order process?


Step 1: Contact Us! Drop us an email, call or swing by the shop! Let us know what you are looking for, if you would like us to assist with any designs, and the timing for when you need your finished products. Step 2: Job Approval! Once we have worked with you to finalize a design, a quote with artwork & garment approval will be emailed to you. Once you have approved the design, apparel, and colors, we'll be ready to start printing. Please make sure to confirm all spelling and sizing in the proof. Step 3: Print, Press, Repeat. With approved artwork we'll get your apparel printed and boxed up. After approval, it typically takes 7-10 business days to process your order. Step 4: Payment & Delivery. When your order is ready, you will be contacted to arrange delivery or pick-up depending on what works with your schedule. Live out of the area? Don't worry! We can ship your order to you and we will add the shipping costs to your invoice.We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup or delivery.




What is your turnaround time?

What type of payment options do you accept?


We accept cash, check, or credit cards.




What is the return policy?


All orders are considered custom and non-refundable, non-returnable with the exception of manufacturing errors or defects. It is important to thoroughly review the job approval form for all spelling, sizing and colors.




Do you offer personalizations?


Yes! Personalizations are done with heat press vinyl and can be customized to fit your needs.





Graphic Design

What type of file formats do you accept?


Common usable formats are .pdf .psd .eps .ai .jpg or .png.




What is the cost for graphic design services ?


With approved printing orders, we include up to one-hour of graphic design services. Additional hours are at a rate of $25/hour. We provide standalone graphic design services starting at $50/hour.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

Our in-house designer will take your ideas to the next level. Unlike many other shops, our graphic design services are included with your screen printing order of 18 or more garments. We will meet with you to review your design ideas and help select color options, fabrics, and printing techniques to aid in customizing your design so it's uniquely yours.

We accept customer art files in .psd, .ai, .pdf, .eps, image scans, and hand-drawn sketches via email. Our art department can also create film positives up to 11x17.

EMBROIDERY

A CLEAN STITCH​

Not all jobs are ideal for screen printing or heat press. For our clients that are looking for an embroidery design, we can help you too! Embroidery orders are the only service we provide that has an initial setup fee, also called a digitizing fee. A digitizing fee is a one-time fee that allows us to convert your logo or design into a format that can be stitched onto apparel or other items. As with all our orders, we are happy to provide a quote based on your personal design specifications.

HEAT PRESS

A great alternative for smaller orders, heat transfer or vinyl transfers provide unique options for your design. Heat press is available not only in a variety of colors but materials as well as rhinestones and metallics.

PERSONALIZE IT

Our most popular requests for heat press are always personalization, personalization, personalization. Whether you want individual names, numbers or other unique designs on your apparel, heat press is the way to go! A favorite of sports teams, dance teams, and corporate apparel!
